Sri Sai Prana Yoga
Our qualified Sri Sai Prana yoga instructor and alternative practitioner in psychotherapy Silke Meffert leads you through a yoga lesson with movement, respiration and relaxation accompanied by sound bowls.
Yoga exercises the body at all levels with the aim of increasing the physical efficiency, strengthening the musculoskeletal system and reducing stress and tension. Sri Sai Prana Yoga is a kind of the traditional Hatha Yoga and encloses body exercises (Asanas) as well as relaxation exercises for beginners. Special breathing workouts (Pranayamas) are integrated to the program as well in order to increase the effect of the exercises. A guided relaxation workout at the end of each yoga lesson leads the participating guests into a state of deep relaxation.
