Yoga trains the body at all levels with the goal of increasing physical performance, strengthening the musculoskeletal system and reducing stress and tension. Special breathing exercises are integrated into the program and increase the effect of the exercises considerably.
A guided relaxation exercise at the end of the yoga class leads the participating guests in a state of deep relaxation.
